MINI BAR ATTENDANT

Summary

The Mini Bar Attendant will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard presentation of the Mini Bar. They are primarily responsible for the inventory and stocking of self-service mini bars in guest rooms with some customer contact. The candidate will be responsible for fulfilling orders from the Mini Bar, ensuring cleanliness and working order is up to standard for all mini bars, as well as other duties assigned by the Housekeeping Manager and Assistant Director of Operation. The candidate will work closely with Purchasing Manager and Beverage Manager to ensure consistent inventory availability.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and working order standards for all equipment, report any working order issues.
  • Take proper inventory of products and restock when necessary.
  • Complete daily work assignments and checklists
  • Check mini bars in guest rooms, post charges for consumed items, replenish consumed items and compare against par list to ensure the mini fridge and dry items are at correct par levels.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Hotel experience preferred.
  • Good problem solving, interpersonal, verbal skills, math skills, and multitasking skills.
  • Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • Resourcefulness to stay organized and independently on task.
  • Physical stamina and mobility to reach, kneel, and bend. Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of times.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull required (up to 40 pounds).
