THE JOB:

As a Mini Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations and ensure departmental efficiency and effectiveness. You will also set the stage for guest experience with your welcoming smile and service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $26.17

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Participate in hiring practices and standards

• Develop, train and mentor staff to ensure departmental standards and goals are understood and met

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure maximum departmental efficiency and effectiveness

• Resolve guest disputes on billing through collaboration with Front Desk and Hotel accounting departments

• Follow proper guidelines on food safety

• Issue employee commendations and disciplinary actions

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• 2+ years of prior relevant experience, including supervisory or managerial experience in a high-volume hotel

• Experience working within or managing employees using a collective bargaining agreement is preferred

• High School Diploma or GED

• Must be 21 years of age or older
