Key ResponsibilitiesData Governance & Quality Assurance

  • Perform manual review of physical and/or digital case documents, extract critical data (e.g., dates, parties), and accurately input the data into the Litigation Management System (LMS).
  • Execute and monitor established data governance policies and standards.
  • Conduct regular data quality checks within the LMS, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with case owners to ensure data accuracy.
  • Adhere strictly to data compliance regulations while handling sensitive litigation information.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance KPI dashboards and reports using Advanced Excel and BI Tools (Tableau, Power BI – preferred).
  • Generate ad-hoc reports and analyses to support business and legal requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear, technical reporting specifications.

Support and Coordination

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for data-related queries, reporting, and LMS process support.
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to align on data definitions, implement governance updates, and prioritize reporting requirements.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on LMS standards and data governance practices.

Required Experience & Skills

Experience:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or quality assurance roles.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles and handling of sensitive legal data.
  • Experience with data review, extraction, and validation from multiple sources (databases, spreadsheets, LMS).
  • Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI (preferred).

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and coordination abilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and high standards of data integrity.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
