Data Governance & Quality Assurance ● Perform manual review of physical and/or digital case documents, extract critical data (e.g., dates, parties), and accurately input the data into the Litigation Management System (LMS) to establish complete and accurate data. ● Execute and monitor established data governance policies and standards. ● Perform regular data quality checks within the LMS, identify discrepancies in key data points, and proactively work with case owners to resolve issues, ensuring high data accuracy. ● Understand and rigorously follow data compliance regulations when handling and processing sensitive litigation information. Reporting and Analysis ● Develop, maintain, and enhance key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards and reports using Advanced Excel and other BI Tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI - good to have). ● Generate ad-hoc reports and analyses to support business and legal team needs. ● Translate high-level business requirements into clear, technical reporting specifications. Support and Coordination ● Act as the primary point of contact for data-related inquiries, reporting and process related support for the Litigation Management System (LMS). ● Coordination with multiple stakeholders to align on data definitions, implement governance changes, and prioritize reporting needs. ● Provide guidance and training to end-users on data standards and LMS usage. Required Experience and Skills Qualification & Experience: ● Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in a data analysis, reporting, or quality assurance role. ● Graduate/ Post Graduate degree/diploma in B.Tech., business management or any similar field. Key Skills: ● Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, advanced formulas). ● Demonstrated ability to maintain and audit for high levels of data accuracy and integrity, especially for confidential data. ● Foundational knowledge of data governance principles and frameworks and an understanding of legal data sensitivity. ● Ability to work with data from various sources (e.g., databases, spreadsheets, Litigation Management Systems). ● Experience with manual data review, extraction, and validation from documents with exceptional attention to detail. Soft Skills: ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly to legal and non-technical audiences. ● Proven ability to provide effective support and coordination with multiple stakeholders across different departments. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitie
