Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Vehicle Invoicing & Billing Executive to manage vehicle billing, stock reporting, and retail coordination. The role involves preparing accurate invoices, maintaining vehicle stock records, handling TML retail entries, and ensuring smooth coordination with sales, finance, and registration teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate vehicle invoices as per booking details, tax norms, and schemes.
• Maintain and update vehicle stock reports (model-wise & color-wise).
• Manage retail entries, billing approvals, and schemes on TML portals.
• Maintain proper documentation of bookings, invoices, insurance, and delivery papers.
• Generate and share daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
• Coordinate with sales, accounts, insurance, and registration teams for smooth deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with GST, company policies, and support audits.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce/Business or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in invoicing/billing (preferably in automobile sector).
• Knowledge of GST, billing, and stock management.
• Proficiency in MS Office & DMS/ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.
