Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Analyst (Fresher) who will be responsible for collecting, compiling, analysing, and reporting data to support business decisions. The role involves working extensively on Excel, reports, and dashboards to ensure accurate and timely information flow.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect data from various departments and maintain MIS reports
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel
• Maintain and update databases with accuracy
• Analyse trends, variances, and performance metrics
• Support management with data insights and presentations
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality
• Coordinate with teams for data validation and clarification
• Automate reports wherever possible to improve efficiency

Required Skills & Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any stream (B.Com, BBA)

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts)
• Basic knowledge of PowerPoint & MS Word
• Understanding of data management and reporting
• Basic knowledge of Power BI / SQL (Good to have, not mandatory)

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
