MIS Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Analyze data and provide actionable insights to management
• Maintain and manage databases and dashboards
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports
• Support different departments with data requirements
• Automate reports and improve reporting processes where possible

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of Excel (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
• Experience with MIS reporting and data analysis
• Basic knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
