Job Title: MIS Executive (with JavaScript/HTML/CSS Expertise)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive with strong analytical skills and proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS to manage, analyze, and present organizational data effectively. The ideal candidate will maintain databases, generate MIS reports, and leverage JavaScript to automate data visualization, reporting dashboards, and workflow processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management & Reporting

Collect, consolidate, and validate data from multiple sources for management reports.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for performance tracking.

Maintain and update databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Dashboard Development

Use JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to create interactive dashboards and data visualization tools.

Integrate APIs or web services for real-time data display.

Automate repetitive reporting tasks using JavaScript and related libraries (e.g., Chart.js, D3.js).

Process Improvement

Analyze business processes and identify areas for automation and optimization.

Develop custom scripts and tools to streamline data collection, validation, and reporting.

Technical Support

Coordinate with IT teams for database management and system updates.

Troubleshoot issues related to MIS applications and tools.

Documentation & Compliance

Maintain documentation for MIS processes, data flows, and reports.

Ensure compliance with data privacy and company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience as an MIS Executive or in a data/reporting role.

Strong command over MS Excel, SQL, and database management.

Proficiency in JavaScript.

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or custom JS dashboards).

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JSON/XML data structures.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
