Job Responsibilities:
Prepare the Monthly Business Review and ALCO Pack, covering assets, liabilities, trade, income, and fees growth/decline. This includes identifying unutilized facilities and limits, reviewing credit ratings (direct and contingent), and preparing GAP analysis reports for management.
Develop presentations reflecting corporate performance across financial results, products, segmentation, customer acquisition, initiatives, and short- to medium-term plans.
Conduct data mining and build comprehensive analytical models using multiple data sources, particularly large datasets. Identify income leakage, monitor adherence to discretion matrices, and ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
Act as a liaison between Institutional Business MIS, Finance, Operations, and IT departments to define data requirements and ensure the quality and accuracy of output data.
Support GTB and Institutional Business departments with reporting, business development insights, market data analysis, and management information requirements.
Oversee all reporting requests related to Institutional Business MIS and drive automation initiatives to enhance MI quality, reduce turnaround time (TAT), minimize errors, and mitigate risks. Conduct market research, peer analysis, and industry benchmarking as needed.
Ensure timely responses to management and stakeholder requests, including handling ad hoc assignments and generating statistical analyses.
Manage, monitor, and control GLs owned by GTB and Business, ensuring all manual transactions are properly authorized and reviewed to prevent income leakage.
Support Relationship Managers (RMs) in accurately updating pipeline deals, flag inconsistencies, and develop models to estimate profitability and portfolio growth.
Enhance stakeholder performance by monitoring call-reporting activities against targets and analyzing their impact on income generation.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
MIS Analyst: 2–3 years of relevant experience.
Senior MIS Analyst: 3–5 years of relevant experience.
