MIS Executive - Udaipur

Job Summary:

We are looking for an MIS Executive to support parts sales operations by managing order-to-invoice processes, tracking AMC/damage parts, maintaining inventory, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams and customers. The role requires strong data management skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and the ability to collaborate across functions to enhance turnaround time and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage AMC/damage parts tracker and ensure timely submission of offers/approvals.

• Process Maintenance Orders (MO) and support VMI operations.

• Submit invoices in Ariba and follow up with SSC for payments.

• Coordinate with OD team for Pick Notes (PN) and track parts consumption.

• Support documentation, warranty, and sales teams.

Requirements:

• Graduate in Commerce/Science or Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Electrical.

• 3–5 years of MIS/data analysis experience (preferably in equipment maintenance or mining).

• Strong in Advanced Excel, SAP, Maximo, Ariba.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
