MIS & Finance Reporting Analyst

We are Hiring MIS & Finance Reporting Analyst to join our Team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail‑oriented MIS & Finance Reporting Analyst to manage end‑to‑end MIS processes, consolidate financial data, and support project and corporate reporting. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, advanced Excel/BI capabilities, and hands‑on experience with major ERP platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full MIS reporting cycle—daily, weekly, monthly, and ad‑hoc.
• Extract and consolidate financial/operational data from Oracle Fusion, SAP, or other ERP systems, along with project cost tools, procurement logs, payroll, and bank statements.
• Develop advanced MIS dashboards using Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot, VBA), BI tools, and ERP reporting modules.
• Prepare project‑wise MIS: cost‑to‑date, committed cost, cost‑to‑complete, revenue recognition, billing status, and margin analysis.
• Track cost overruns, variations, pending claims, unbilled revenue, retention, advances, and WIP.
• Reconcile project cost MIS with GL, job cost ledgers, and trial balance.
• Produce monthly financial MIS including P&L, balance sheet movements, cash flow forecasts, fund utilization, and AR/AP insights.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing with reconciled schedules, variance analysis, and audit‑ready documentation.
• Perform budget vs actual analysis with root‑cause insights.
• Validate data accuracy, identify anomalies, and ensure completeness before management submission.
• Coordinate with project, QS, procurement, payroll, and finance teams to resolve data gaps.
• Support internal and external audits with schedules and reconciliations.
• Respond to ad‑hoc management queries on cost, profitability, cash flow, and financial exposure.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 2 to 3 Years of experience required in same role within UAE.
• Prior experience with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP systems is mandatory.
• Professional qualifications CA / CMA / CPA preferred.
• Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
• Advanced Excel and BI tool proficiency.
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and manage tight timelines.
