MIS Supply Chain Executive required

Job : MIS Executive - Supply Chain

Job Role: To be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting supply chain data to support planning, logistics, procurement, and inventory management.

Experience required : 2 Plus years of UAE FMCG experience required

Job Description:

1. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly supply chain reports, trackers.

2. Create dash boards – Sales vs Forecast, Production, Processing etc.

3. Maintain Fill rate, forecast accuracy, ageing inventory and slow-moving items.

4. Monitor Stock levels, reorder points and safety stocks, shortages, near expiry and excess stocks.

5. Analyse and verify physical vs system stock

6. Consolidate sales forecast from Sales team.

7. Maintains master data (lead time, MOQ, shelf life)

8. Ensures the planners are not manually calculating everything in Excel

9. Eliminates errors → improves fill rate

10. Should be well proficient in Excel, Data Extraction & Analytical Tools & need to provide insights with minimum interventions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
