Misdemeanor - Criminal Defense Attorney

Seattle, United States

Here's Why This Opportunity Stands Out

  • Practice Law, Not Business Development: Focus entirely on being an attorney. We handle client acquisition and business operations so you can concentrate on what you do best—practicing law and honing your craft.
  • Rewarding Compensation Structure: Start with a solid base salary of $95,000–$120,000 (based on experience), complemented by our individual bonus program and team-based incentives. Our performance-driven approach means your dedication and results directly enhance your earnings.
  • Balanced Caseload Structure: Your base salary covers management of 35 active misdemeanor cases, providing a sustainable foundation. For attorneys seeking additional earning potential, our bonus programs reward those who efficiently handle cases beyond this baseline.
  • Remote-First Flexibility: Enjoy the freedom of working from home, coming into the office only when court appearances require it. Our innovative technology solutions keep you connected and efficient.
  • Balanced, Supportive Environment: Thrive in our collaborative culture that genuinely values work-life balance, ongoing professional development, and a drama-free workplace built on mutual respect.
  • Legal Focus, Not Administrative Burden: Our support team handles the paperwork and administrative tasks, allowing you to dedicate your time to case strategy, client advocacy, and courtroom work.
  • Make a Meaningful Impact: Advocate for individuals facing misdemeanor charges and help them avoid the lifelong consequences of a single mistake. Your advocacy directly changes lives and creates second chances.
  • Community-Centered Practice: Serve diverse communities throughout Western Washington with exceptional legal representation in both English and Spanish.
