About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you will:

Qualifications
- Background in athletics, military service, leadership, or performance-based sales
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Highly disciplined, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
- Ability to commit to full-time effort (approximately 40 hours per week)
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to meet clients
- Ability to obtain a state life insurance license (we assist with the process)
- Long-term vision focused on growth, impact, and financial independence
Compensation
This is a commission-based position with uncapped income potential.
Typical first-year earnings range from $50,000 – $200,000, with additional opportunities through renewals, bonuses, and leadership development.
Your income grows as your client base and team expand—creating a pathway to lasting, passive revenue.
