German-Speaking Tourism Customer Care Agent (m/f/d)
Dokki, Cairo – Egypt
For a major international German tourism client, we are building a high-performing customer care team in Cairo.
You will support German-speaking customers with travel-related inquiries, bookings, and service requests — ensuring a premium customer experience.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries (phone & email)
• Support bookings, changes, and travel-related requests
• Provide professional and solution-oriented customer service
• Understand customer needs and guide them effectively
• Communicate confidently with German customers, including regional dialects
• Work within defined KPIs and quality standards
• German level C1 or higher (mandatory)
• Tourism background OR strong interest in the travel industry
• Experience in call center / customer service
• Strong communication skills and confidence in conversations
• Ability to think independently and solution-oriented
• Understanding of
German culture and communication nuances
• Paid professional training in tourism & systems
