We are looking to expand our team with a new coordinator. Our coordinators are in charge of assisting in organizing our ongoing projects and schedules. This position involves scheduling with clients availability, scheduling our technicians and routes, and then updating clients with progress reports using super customer service. Our ideal candidate holds exceptional customer service skills, learns quickly, practices our core values, and is able to evaluate the schedule to fit the needs of our clients in a way that makes each route efficient for our technicians.

The Position:

• Schedule with clients
• Schedule with technicians
• Update clients
• Coordinate all administrative functions of job
• Receive/ input work orders into software
• Manage proper job flow
• Communication
• Learn and master are restoration management system

The Requirements:

• Coordinator Experience a must
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
• Work on tight deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Extremely organized and ability to multi-task
• Hold yourself accountable

The Location:

San Diego, California

The Benefits:

• $26-30 per hour – depending on level of experience
• 1 Week Paid Vacation after one year
• Holiday pay

8:00am-5:00pm

• Project Coordination: 1 year (Required)

Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
