Experienced Claims Services is seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative specializing in mitigation services. This role is ideal for a self-driven professional who thrives in the field, builds strong relationships, and consistently delivers results. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners, property managers, and industry contacts
- Generate and close new mitigation opportunities
- Represent the company professionally in the field
- Maintain organized sales activity and follow-up
- Work closely with operations and project management teams
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in mitigation or restoration sales (required)
- Strong self-motivation with the ability to work independently
- High energy, positive attitude, and professional demeanor
- Highly organized with strong communication skills
- Personable and relationship-focused
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to provide references and proof of experience
