Mixing Helper

Amalfi Foods is seeking a Mixing Helper to support our production team in daily food manufacturing operations. The role involves assisting with ingredient preparation and mixing processes while ensuring strict compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in ingredient preparation and mixing activities as per production instructions
• Accurately measure, weigh, and handle raw materials
• Maintain cleanliness of mixing equipment and production areas
• Follow food hygiene, safety standards, and quality control procedures
• Support smooth production flow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods as required

Requirements

• Prior experience in food manufacturing or ingredient preparation
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Physically strong and capable of handling repetitive tasks and standing for long hours
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
• Team-oriented with a responsible work attitude
