Job Summary

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
• Engage with guests to recommend drinks, answer questions about ingredients, and provide personalized service that enhances their experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Manage cash handling and POS transactions using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders efficiently
• Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; restock as needed to ensure smooth operations
• Uphold responsible alcohol service practices by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication
• Collaborate with team members to create a lively atmosphere in nightclubs or banquet settings while maintaining professionalism
• Follow all food handling procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest safety at all times

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage presentation styles
• Proficiency in using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts in food service or hospitality environments
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Experience working in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures within the food industry
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with serving services, brewing processes, or retail math is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
