Mixologist

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drink options tailored to their tastes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing and cash handling.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashing out guests and balancing registers at shift end.
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate needs to management proactively.
• Uphold excellent customer service standards by creating a welcoming environment in both nightclub and banquet settings.
• Follow all food handling procedures, alcohol service laws, and safety protocols diligently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy nights or special events like catering or banquets.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to serve multiple tables or bar stations seamlessly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mixologist or bartender in a fast-paced hospitality setting, preferably with fine dining or nightclub experience.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards, alcohol laws, and responsible serving practices.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, retail math for inventory management, and accurate measurement of ingredients.
• Experience working in catering or banquet environments is a plus.
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during high-volume periods.
