Mixologist

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and passionate Mixologist to elevate our guests' experience through expertly crafted cocktails and exceptional customer service. Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
• Create cocktail menu and cocktail program for daily use in multiple outlets within the estate
• Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drink options tailored to their tastes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations
• Uphold excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and responding promptly to guest inquiries
• Follow all food handling procedures, alcohol serving laws, and safety protocols in a hospitality setting
• Assist with catering events or banquet services when required, ensuring seamless beverage service in various environments
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to balance multiple orders during busy periods while maintaining quality

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mixologist or bartender in a fast-paced food service or hospitality environment
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and enthusiastically
• Experience working in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly desirable
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling, retail math, and drink recipes accurately
• Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage trends is a plus but not required
• Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a dynamic hospitality environment
