Mixologist and Service Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bartender with at least 3 years of bartending experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and excellent customer service skills, as well as knowledge as a server. Knowledge of Italian wines is na plus. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an inviting atmosphere for our guests while serving a variety of beverages in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to manage time effectively and handle cash transactions will be essential in ensuring smooth operations. As a bartender you will be responsible to create cocktails, serve wine, effectively take orders, and create an excellent dining experience for the guests. MUST be able to work holidays and weekends. We are also looking to add an additional server to our team, so knowledge in both is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Take orders and serve tables. Knowledge of Italian wine a plus.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using cash registers and POS systems.
• Manage inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with ordering when necessary.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable.
• Demonstrate knowledge of fine dining etiquette and nightclub atmosphere to enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in food service or bartending, preferably in a fine dining.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
• Proficient in cash handling, retail math, and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Familiarity with cash registers and TOAST POS systems is essential.
• Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards customers and team members.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as required by the establishment.
• A passion for mixology and willingness to learn new techniques is highly desirable.

Candidate must be able to work every Saturday, with possibility of additional shifts.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour
