Job Description:

As a bartender at Truth Be Told, you’ll be the face behind the bar, crafting classic and signature cocktails while providing personalized, detail-oriented service. We’re seeking someone with a strong background in fine dining who understands the importance of pacing, polish, and anticipating guest needs.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality cocktails with consistency and efficiency.
• Guide guests through the beverage menu with confidence and professionalism.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
• Uphold the service standards expected in a fine dining setting.
• Collaborate with the Beverage Director to execute seasonal offerings and specials.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and alcohol service regulations.
• Foster a welcoming, elegant atmosphere for every guest.

Requirements:

• 1+ years bartending experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment.
• Solid knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, and spirits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Team-oriented mindset with a passion for hospitality.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability required.
