Mixologist/Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mixologist to join our team in a vibrant and upscale casual dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in crafting innovative cocktails, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high standard of food safety and cleanliness. As a Mixologist, you will play a key role in enhancing our guests' dining experience through your creativity and expertise in beverage preparation.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, mixed drinks, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
• Maintain an organized bar area, ensuring all tools, glassware, and ingredients are readily available and clean.
• Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations based on their preferences while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist with ordering supplies as needed.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the highest quality of beverages served.
• Operate cash register efficiently for processing payments while ensuring accurate cash handling.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate drink pairings with menu items for catering events.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new cocktail recipes to enhance the drink menu.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a fine dining or upscale environment is preferred.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS system for seamless order processing is a plus.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques and various beverage types is advantageous.
• Excellent hospitality skills with the ability to create memorable experiences for guests.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure while maintaining composure and professionalism.
• Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail when processing transactions.
