Mixologist/Bartender

Seeking someone passionate about mixology, eager to experiment with drinks, and with a genuine appreciation of wine

Duties:

- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Ensure all cocktails are made consistently.
- Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
- Take orders and process payments accurately using cash registers or other payment systems
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines when handling food and beverages

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a mixologist or bartender in a banquet, catering, or hospitality setting is preferred
- Familiarity with fresh herbs and garnishes.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers
- Proficient in cash handling and operating cash registers or other payment systems
- Knowledge of basic cocktails
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
