Summary

We are seeking a talented Mixologist to join our team at Firepit Grille. In this role, you will create original cocktails and provide exceptional beverage service to our guests. Your creativity and passion for mixology will enhance the dining experience and contribute to the lively atmosphere of our establishment.

Responsibilities

• Craft unique and flavorful cocktails that align with our menu offerings.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and making personalized drink recommendations.
• Manage the bar area efficiently, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly using the POS system.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks during busy periods.
• Stay updated on beverage trends and seasonal ingredients to enhance cocktail offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mixologist or Bartender in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage trends.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and drink measurements.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
