Mixologo(a) /Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Mixólogo(a) / Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will craft exceptional cocktails, serve beverages with enthusiasm, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beverages, and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
• Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and reconcile sales at the end of each shift
• Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and communicate needs to management to prevent shortages
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during events like banquets or catering to ensure seamless service delivery
• Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy hours without compromising quality or speed

Skills

• Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments, particularly in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Knowledge of food handling procedures, alcohol serving regulations, and food safety standards
• Strong math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and basic accounting tasks
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining attention to detail
• Familiarity with beverage preparation techniques including brewing or brewing equipment is a plus
• Experience in catering or large event service is desirable
