ML Engineer

LLM Research Scientist

Experience : 4 years

Responsibilities:

• Conduct foundational research on innovative LLM architectures.
• Develop and prototype novel attention mechanisms such as GQA and SWA.
• Provide theoretical insights and validate experimental designs for RAG/KAG workflows and multi-agent systems.
• Collaborate with ML Engineers to integrate and validate experimental designs.
• Publish findings to support IP generation and technical differentiation.

Basic Skills:

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Proven research experience in NLP and deep learning.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Familiarity with academic research and publication processes.

Project-Specific Skills:

• Expertise in modular and dynamic architectures like MoE.
• Experience in designing scalable LLMs for specific use cases.
• Familiarity with datasets like CodeSearchNet or BigCode for code generation research.
• Proven ability to design experiments and analyze results using tools like WandB or MLflow.
• Deep understanding of knowledge retrieval mechanisms and their integration with LLMs.
