Position Overview

Are you passionate about snow sports education, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and supporting a diverse team of instructors? If so, the Private & Adaptive Lesson Supervisor role at Mt. Hood Meadows could be your perfect winter gig.

As a key leader in our Meadows Learning Center, you’ll oversee the daily operations of our Private and Adaptive Lesson programs; from managing guest bookings and coordinating instructors to mentoring team members and ensuring top-tier guest service. You'll play a pivotal role in both the guest experience and instructor success, helping to create an inclusive, fun, and safe learning environment for all.

This role balances indoor administrative duties with on-snow supervision and support. You'll collaborate with multiple departments, contribute to training plans, and help shape a culture of learning, respect, and stoke.

This is a full-time, seasonal position

Qualifications & Experience
  • At least 18 years old
  • Familiarity with most ski and snowboard school operations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while managing large groups
  • Desire to work indoors and outdoors in all conditions
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Microsoft Office, POS, RTP (or similar) and web-based tools skills and experience
  • Strong guest service skills and experience
  • Available to work weekends and holidays during the skiing and snowboard season
  • This position is subject to background screening
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a supervisor or leadership position
  • 1 year experience in a guest service or administrative role
  • 1 year of experience working as an instructor in a Snowsports school
  • PSIA-AASI Level I or higher Certification
  • Proficiency with RTP or similar POS experience
  • Proficient with web-based applications like Google Drive, WordPress CMS, Dayforce, etc.
  • Experience with training documentation or building a knowledgebase.
Compensation:
  • Wage: $22.71 - $25.38 hourly
