MMA and FCAW Welder Trainer (m/f/d)

Located in our Rainham, Essex facility, we are recruiting with immediate effect for an:

MMA and FCAW Welder Trainer (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

• Provide training and assessments on the Thermit Welding premises and other approved training centres as required
• Provide training at customer sites
• Provide expert advice and assistance to all our customers and partners
• Provide support to TW management for development and testing of new products and processes
• To ensure continued compliance with company quality, safety and environmental policies while undertaking all activities

• To provide a good work/life balance the position will be Monday – Friday, broadly 07:00 till 15:00

YOUR PROFILE

• Qualified in MMA (Manual Metal Arc) and FCAW (Flux Cored Arc Welding) for delivery of training and assessments
• NSAR (National Skills Academy Rail) recognised status highly beneficial
• Qualified welder to TW 1 - 5 (minimum)
• Qualified welding inspector level advantageous but not essential
• Must be passionate about delivering and developing future talent for the railway industry
