MMMP Train Crew Section Head

Job description :

• Leads staff to maintain high standards of performance, productivity through clear direction and effective communication.
• Serves as contact persons for all stations within the MMMP operations in case of any communication.
• Directs activities related to on-boarding and off-boarding of train crew on trains to ensure timely operations.
• Conducts regular audits to ensure workplace safety and health policies, procedures and regulations are followed.
• Manages the MMMP stations’ staff performance in achieving key performance indicators.
• Anticipates and executes mitigation measures to respond to all rail incidents, unexpected situations, and emergencies.
• Schedules station staff’s day-to-day activities to maximize staff contribution and performance.
• Oversees the monitoring of the train scheduling plans to avoid any conflicts.
• Reviews and approves contract deliverables for variations in servicing of trains.
• Assists in developing training requirement programs for the train crew to ensure their sills development.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in administration .

Experience:

• 6 years of relevant experience .
