Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mobile App Development Director to lead our app development division, oversee product innovation, and drive excellence in mobile technology. This leadership role requires strong technical expertise, strategic vision, and the ability to inspire teams to deliver world-class mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s mobile app development strategy.
• Lead the design, development, and deployment of mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms.
• Oversee engineering teams, ensuring high-quality coding standards and timely delivery.
• Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to align app features with user needs.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and integrate them into app development practices.
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and performance benchmarks.
• Mentor and inspire developers to foster innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in mobile app development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in delivering successful mobile applications.
• Strong knowledge of iOS/Android development frameworks, cloud integration, and mobile security.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on technical expertise.

Pay: Up to KD3,500.000 per month
