Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Mobile / Web Application Developer role located in Greater Lexington Area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining mobile and/or web applications. The successful candidate will possess a strong proficiency in PHP, React Native/React, JavaScript, and related frameworks. They should also have experience in developing responsive, mobile-first, cross-browser web applications, as well as cross-platform mobile applications. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand the clients' business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain PHP-based web applications
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Work with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements
• Optimize application performance and scalability
• Debug and troubleshoot issues across different environments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements
• Ensure security best practices are followed in all development tasks

Requirements

✅ Proven experience as a PHP Developer and developing Mobile Applications

✅ Strong understanding of PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter)

✅ Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases

✅ Knowledge of HTML, Typescript, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (Vue.js, React)

✅ Familiarity with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and web services

✅ Understanding of version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket)

✅ Experience with unit testing and debugging

✅ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team

✅ Knowledge of state management

✅ Understanding hydration

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with Docker and containerization
• Experience in e-commerce platforms (Magento, WooCommerce, Shopify API)
• Familiarity with cPanel
• Experience with Google APIs
