Mobile Application Engineer – React Native, RFID, BLE & AI-Assisted Development

We are looking for a hands-on Mobile Application Engineer with 3 to 4 years of experience in building React Native-based mobile applications, especially for business workflows involving RFID, BLE devices, SDK integrations, and map-based functionality.The ideal candidate should be capable of quickly developing mobile workflows and enterprise mobile apps by combining strong engineering skills with AI-assisted development tools to speed up design, coding, testing, and delivery. This role requires someone who can work on real device integrations, mobile UI/UX flows, data capture, location-based features, and hardware-connected workflows.Experience Required

• 3 to 4 years of experience in mobile application development
• Strong hands-on experience in React Native
• Experience in enterprise or industrial mobile applications is preferred
• Experience with hardware-integrated mobile apps is a strong advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain React Native mobile applications
• Develop mobile workflows for field operations, RFID-based processes, BLE-connected devices, scanning workflows, and map-based activity tracking
• Integrate mobile apps with RFID readers, BLE devices, and other third-party hardware using SDKs and native modules
• Build smooth and user-friendly mobile interfaces for operational workflows such as check-in/check-out, inventory, asset tracking, navigation, inspection, or task execution
• Work with backend and API teams to connect mobile apps with cloud or on-prem systems
• Implement map-based features such as current location, tracking, geofencing, route display, zone mapping, and site/facility visualization
• Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, screen creation, workflow generation, debugging, and documentation
• Optimize app performance, reliability, and usability on Android and iOS devices
• Support app deployment, testing, bug fixing, and release activities
• Work closely with QA, DevOps, business analysts, and project managers for fast project execution
• Participate in technical design, code reviews, effort estimation, and sprint planning

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in React Native
• Good knowledge of JavaScript and preferably TypeScript
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, state management, and reusable component design
• Experience with REST APIs and backend integration
• Experience integrating third-party SDKs into React Native applications
• Experience in RFID-related mobile workflows and hardware interaction
• Experience in BLE communication and device pairing/data exchange
• Experience working with native Android/iOS bridges when required for SDK or hardware integration
• Good understanding of mobile permissions, background services, device connectivity, and performance optimization
• Experience with map integration, such as:
• Google Maps
• Mapbox
• location tracking
• geolocation
• route mapping
• geofencing
• Knowledge of offline data capture, sync mechanisms, and mobile data storage is a plus
• Familiarity with Git and team-based development workflows

AI-Assisted Development Skills

• Ability to use AI tools to speed up mobile application development
• Experience with AI-assisted coding for generating mobile screens, workflows, components, validations, and service layers
• Understanding of how to use AI for:
• faster UI creation
• workflow generation
• code suggestions
• debugging
• unit test generation
• documentation
• Ability to use AI carefully while maintaining code quality, architecture standards, and SDK integration correctness
• Experience with tools such as OpenAI-based coding assistants, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar AI development platforms is preferred
• Ability to quickly convert business workflows into mobile app flows with the help of AI-assisted engineering

Preferred Skills

• Experience with RFID handheld devices, industrial Android devices, or rugged devices
• Experience with barcode or QR scanning integration
• Experience with Android-focused enterprise mobile applications
• Familiarity with Bluetooth Low Energy debugging tools
• Exposure to mobile CI/CD and app release process
• Experience in logistics, warehouse, asset tracking, field service, security, or IoT-based mobile applications
• Understanding of push notifications, real-time sync, and local caching
• Experience with Expo is a plus, but strong native React Native experience is preferred

Ideal Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate is a fast and practical React Native mobile engineer who can build workflow-driven mobile apps with RFID, BLE, SDK, and map integration experience. He should be capable of using AI-assisted development to speed up delivery while still being technically strong enough to handle real device integration, native module challenges, and enterprise-grade mobile application requirements.

Pay: Rs180,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
