Mobile Automotive Mechanic

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Mechanic to support collision repair facilities throughout the Greater Los Angeles County Area. This position involves on-site diagnostics, suspension repairs, interior R&I (dash, headliner, trim), and ADAS/electronic diagnostics and calibrations.

You will work independently and travel between shops using a company-provided service van, delivering professional, high-quality repairs and calibrations in a collision repair environment.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to collision repair facilities in a company-provided van
• Diagnose mechanical and electronic issues
• Remove and install suspension components (struts, control arms, subframes, etc.)
• Remove and install interior components (dashboards, headliners, trim, panels, etc.)
• Perform ADAS diagnostics and calibrations (cameras, radar, sensors, etc.)
• Diagnose and repair electronic and safety systems
• Use diagnostic scan tools and calibration equipment properly
• Communicate clearly with shop personnel regarding findings and repairs
• Document work performed and report additional issues when found
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an automotive technician or mobile mechanic
• Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills
• Experience with suspension work and interior R&I
• ADAS calibration experience is a strong plus
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Own tools preferred (scanner/calibration equipment may be provided)
• ASE certifications are a plus, but not required with strong experience
