Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive diagnostics using advanced automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately.
• Conduct repairs on diverse vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, powertrains, and diesel engines with precision and efficiency.
• Execute maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake repairs, wheel alignments, and vehicle inspections to uphold safety standards.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical tools to complete repairs effectively in various locations.
• Diagnose and repair ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) features and other electronic components to ensure modern vehicle safety functionalities are operational.
• Interpret schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical problems accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair procedures clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.

Qualifications

• Proven mechanic experience with a strong background in automotive repair, preferably within dealership settings.
• Knowledge of automotive electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostics tools is essential.
• Experience working on GM vehicles or similar makes is a plus.
• Skilled in diesel engine repair, powertrain maintenance, wheel alignment, and auto body repair techniques.
• Familiarity with ADAS technology, vehicle maintenance procedures, and automotive service standards.
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other mechanical devices safely and effectively.
• Strong mechanical knowledge combined with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a professional attitude and clear communication abilities.
