Mobile Beverage Specialist (Coffee, Energy& Wellness Drinks)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Mobile Beverage Specialist to operate a modern pop-up drink experience serving coffee, natural energy drinks, smoothies, and wellness beverages.

This is not a traditional café barista role. This position is part of a mobile, event-based beverage team focused on delivering high-quality drinks and engaging customer experiences at pop-ups, private events, and partner venues throughout the Greater Los Angeles area.

This is a hybrid opportunity with base pay plus performance-based earnings, designed for individuals who want both stability and growth within a scalable mobile beverage system.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, smoothies, and energy/wellness beverages
• Operate independently at assigned mobile pop-up locations and events
• Set up and break down beverage station at each location
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional presentation at all times
• Engage with customers and provide high-level guest experience
• Manage basic inventory and supplies for assigned setup
• Represent the brand professionally at all events

Requirements

• Previous experience as a barista or beverage specialist preferred
• Must have your own mobile beverage equipment and setup ready for use at assigned locations
• Ability to operate independently in mobile/event environments (indoor and outdoor)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Ability to manage setup, service, and breakdown efficiently
• Willingness to grow within a structured and expanding system

Compensation

This role includes a multi-stream compensation structure:

• Hourly or per-event base pay (depending on assignment)
• Revenue-based earnings from beverage sales
• Performance bonuses for high-performing events

Additional earning opportunities may include:

• Recurring weekly event bookings
• Higher-volume location assignments
• Leadership roles within the beverage team

Pay: $18.00 - $29.43 per hour
