Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in retail banking, financial services, or customer/member service roles.
  • Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently to various member locations within assigned territory.
  • Proficiency with mobile technology and financial software applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a mobile or remote banking environment.
  • Demonstrated success in sales or client/member relationship management within the financial sector.
  • Bilingual abilities to serve diverse member populations.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and manage a mobile branch unit to provide on-site financial services to members in various locations.
  • Assist members with opening and managing accounts, processing loan applications, and providing information on financial products and services.
  • Conduct financial needs assessments to recommend appropriate credit union product solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all credit union regulations, policies, and procedures during all transactions and member interactions.
  • Build and maintain strong member relationships through excellent member service and follow-up communications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member issues and facilitate smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, member interactions, and mobile branch activities.
  • Promote financial literacy and educate members on digital banking tools and security best practices.
