Mobile Car Wash Operations Supervisor

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Operations Supervisor to manage and oversee our mobile car wash vans. The ideal candidate will take full responsibility for daily operations and ensure high-quality service delivery to customers at their homes and offices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and schedule daily routes for mobile wash vans and cleaning teams.
• Supervise and monitor the performance and quality of services provided.
• Ensure vans and equipment are properly maintained and ready for daily use.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues on-site.
• Track productivity, expenses, and daily reports.
• Coordinate with drivers and technicians to meet service targets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in car wash services or field operations is preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Background in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
• Must be fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Comfortable using smartphones and basic apps for scheduling and reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
