Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Mobile Crane Operator to join our construction team. The operator will be responsible for safely operating mobile cranes to lift, move, and position heavy materials and equipment on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate mobile cranes in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Inspect cranes daily before operation to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Load, lift, move, and position heavy construction materials and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with signalmen and site supervisors during lifting operations.
• Maintain logs, inspection reports, and equipment usage records.
• Perform minor maintenance checks and report mechanical issues to the maintenance team.
• Follow health, safety, and environmental guidelines on-site.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid UAE Driving License No. 8 (Heavy/Crane Operation Category) and RTA (Roads and Transport Authority) Mobile Crane Operator Permit or certification
• Minimum 3 years of experience and above as a Mobile Crane Operator in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of crane load charts, lifting techniques, and rigging procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and in various site conditions.
• Strong awareness of safety practices and hazard prevention.
