The Mobile Crisis Clinician Supervisor provides leadership, clinical oversight, and day-to-day guidance to a team of clinicians responding to referrals from the Compass Stress Line, internal programs, community partners, and individuals across our region. This role ensures timely, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive crisis intervention while fostering strong partnerships that expand access to care in rural communities. This hybrid position includes regional travel and a blend of in-office and remote work.

Provide clinical supervision, support, and regular individual and team meetings for Mobile Crisis Clinicians
- Ensure delivery of person-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive crisis services
- Train and monitor staff in conducting clinically appropriate crisis intervention and risk assessments via phone, video, and in-person platforms
- Review documentation for quality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration with community partners and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in leadership meetings and clinical supervision with the Director of Access and Urgent Care Services
- Maintain knowledge of internal services and community resources to support seamless referrals and coordinated care
- Support coordination with mobile outreach teams as needed
- Ensure professional, timely, and compliant documentation practices
- Provide operational oversight, including performance development processes, timecard management, and progress toward departmental strategic goals
- Maintain flexibility with scheduling as needed

Master’s degree in social work, psychology or related field required
WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- At least three (3) years’ experience required
- Working knowledge of DSM-V required
- A valid driver's license and agency established minimum automobile coverage required
- Reliable transportation
