Mobile Crisis Team Supervisor
Location: Baker City, OR
Full-Time | Exempt
Ready to lead crisis care without burning out?
New Directions is hiring a Mobile Crisis Team Supervisor to lead community-based crisis services in Baker County. This is a leadership role for a licensed clinician who wants to move beyond high-volume, system-strained environments and into a setting where your decisions actually shape care.
Why This Role Is Different
If you've worked in urban crisis systems, you already know:
- Too many cases, not enough time
- Constant triage with little follow-through
- Limited ability to improve systems
This role is different.
Here, you will:
- Lead a smaller, more connected system of care
- Build real relationships with hospitals, law enforcement, and providers
- See the outcomes of your decisions-not just the next crisis
Relocation Opportunity
We understand relocating is a big decision-and we're looking for the right person, not just the closest one.
Depending on experience and fit, we are open to:
- Relocation support (negotiable)
- Flexible start timelines
- Support navigating Oregon licensure (if eligible)
If you've been thinking about leaving a high-burnout environment, this is your window to make that move.
Why Baker City, Oregon (Real Talk)
This isn't Portland. That's the point.
- 10-minute commute instead of 60+
- Affordable housing-actually attainable
- Access to outdoors daily, not occasionally
- Less chaos, more control over your work
- A community that knows and values what you do
You trade noise for space, and burnout for purpose.
