Mobile Dental Clinic Manager

Join our growing mobile dental care team as a Clinic Manager and help deliver high-quality dental services to patients in long-term care facilities across Texas including Lubbock and El Paso.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of a mobile dental clinic
• Supervise staff (assistants, transporters) and manage scheduling, timecards, and breaks
• Assist the dentist chairside and transport patients as needed
• Maintain and sanitize clinic equipment, truck, and generator per company standards
• Travel daily to facilities (some out-of-state travel may be required)
• Ensure accurate same-day input of patient treatment notes
• Provide emergency team coverage when needed
• Train new hires and support marketing events

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting, walking, bending)
• Willingness to travel and adapt to changing schedules
• No smoking, vaping, or similar products in company vehicles

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
