Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Automotive Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and eager to grow with a company that values hard work and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Perform interior and exterior vehicle detailing services (washing, vacuuming, waxing, polishing, etc.).
• Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Follow company procedures to ensure high-quality service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, supplies, and vehicles.
• Safely operate company or customer vehicles when needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate in English and/or Spanish.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug test.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willing and able to perform physical tasks, including bending, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Good working vision (close, distance, color, and peripheral vision) to perform detailing tasks safely and effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive detailing or related field (not required, training provided).
• Knowledge of detailing products, tools, and techniques.
