Mobile Developer Supervisor

We are looking for a talented Mobile Developer Supervisor to join ALBAIK Future Development Team and contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of high-quality mobile applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native and modern development frameworks.

• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance mobile applications integrated with backend services and APIs.

• Develop clean, reusable, maintainable, and production-ready code following software development best practices.

• Create and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure application quality and reliability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify challenges, improve product performance, and deliver innovative solutions.

• Implement pixel-perfect UI components, smooth animations, and responsive user experiences aligned with UI/UX requirements.

• Integrate third-party APIs, libraries, backend services, and databases.

• Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize application performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to architecture, design, and code review discussions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in Mobile Application Development within production environments.

• Strong experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and React Native.

• Experience developing cross-platform mobile applications and integrating REST APIs and backend services.

• Solid understanding of mobile application architecture, security, session management, and mobile development best practices.

• Experience with Git, collaborative development workflows, and code review practices.

• Knowledge of JavaScript design patterns, state management solutions, SVG, data-driven UI, and modern mobile development frameworks.

• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and mobile user experience optimization.

• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing methodologies.

• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.
