A fully interoperable mobile wallet which enables users to send and receive money from any mobile wallet in Egypt, pay their bills, buy anything online with a virtual Visa card, or scan any QR code to pay for anything in-person. We are expanding beyond payments into investment and wealth experiences that help users save, grow, and manage their financial future through intuitive and trusted digital products.

Responsibilities:

• Own and deliver complex, cross-cutting features for the Axis Wallet consumer app end-to-end.

• Drive and document architectural decisions for scalability and maintainability.

• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.

• Lead sprint planning and backlog refinement discussions.

• Drive mobile security practices including shielding and obfuscation.

• Resolve technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and crash regressions.

• Use AI-assisted development tools strategically while maintaining code ownership.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of professional mobile development experience, with at least 3 years in Flutter/Dart.

• Expert-level understanding of state management architectures.

• Strong experience with clean architecture patterns.

• Solid understanding of mobile security fundamentals.

• Strong testing discipline across unit, widget, and integration testing.

• Proficient with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.

• Comfortable using AI development tools with strong engineering judgment
