Duties
- Engage with prospective buyers to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored mobile home solutions
- Conduct property tours, showcasing features and benefits of available homes to generate interest and excitement
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients, including digital campaigns, community outreach, and promotional events
- Negotiate sales agreements, pricing, and financing options to close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales progress, and administrative documentation in accordance with real estate regulations
- Stay informed about property management practices, legal requirements, and fair housing laws to ensure compliant sales processes
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate showings, follow-ups, and post-sale services for a seamless customer experience
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within real estate or property management environments
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently and ethically
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency is highly desirable
- Background in marketing or promotional activities that drive customer engagement
- Familiarity with real estate law, fair housing regulations, and property management principles
- Administrative experience related to sales documentation, CRM systems, or real estate paperwork is preferred
- Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions efficiently and accurately
