Mobile Lube Technician (Entry-Level Diesel Mechanic)

PC Diesel Repair is currently hiring a Mobile Lube Technician who is motivated, dependable, and eager to grow into a full mobile diesel technician role. This position is a great opportunity for someone looking to get started in the diesel and heavy equipment repair industry while gaining valuable hands-on field experience.

As part of our team, you will work alongside experienced technicians servicing heavy equipment, semi trucks, cranes, forklifts, and other diesel-powered machinery at customer job sites throughout Central Florida.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance services including oil changes, fuel filter replacement, air filter replacement, greasing, and fluid checks

• Assist experienced technicians with repairs, inspections, and diagnostic work

• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and inventory on the service truck

• Inspect equipment during routine service and report any visible or potential issues

• Complete service documentation and communicate professionally with customers

• Travel to customer job sites in a company service truck

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Mechanical interest or basic mechanical experience preferred

• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs

• Must be available to work long hours when needed, including occasional late nights or Saturdays

• Valid driver’s license required

• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
