Duties

• Conduct comprehensive inspections and diagnose mechanical problems on various types of vehicles at customer sites.
• Perform repairs and maintenance including engine work, brake systems, suspension, electrical systems, and fluid replacements.
• Utilize diagnostic tools such as Ohmmeters to test electrical circuits and ensure accurate troubleshooting.
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to complete repairs efficiently.
• Maintain detailed service records, including parts used, work performed, and time logs for each job.
• Communicate clearly with clients about repair needs, timelines, and maintenance recommendations.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications to guarantee vehicle reliability.

Skills

• Proven experience as a mechanic with a strong understanding of automotive systems and repairs.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as Ohmmeters for electrical testing.
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and repair guides accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail during inspections and repairs.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical issues clearly to clients.
• Ability to work independently in various environments while maintaining high safety standards.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; relevant certifications are a plus. Pay: $100.00 - $150.00 per hour
