Mobile Pet Groomer Customer Service/Dispatcher

Rover Done Over Mobile Pet Grooming is the largest family owned mobile dog grooming company in Tampa.

We are in need of a customer service person/dispatcher. Dog Grooming experience or scheduling experience preferred.

This position would be scheduling appointments in our software system Moego, as well as providing customer service to our clients and groomers. Must be computer savvy and detail oriented. Must be able to multi-task and be able to function in an ever-changing environment. Knowledge of the Tampa area is extremely helpful.

The position entails:

*Making phone calls to existing clients

*Texting reminders to clients

*Routing groomers to clients when they are in the appropriate part of town

*Working as a liaison to both clients and groomers

* Social media posting

* Email marketing campaigns to clients within our software

We are a family business, with a mobile fleet, and as such we have a small office staff that does work closely together. Due to our very fast growth, there is opportunity to grow within the company. We are looking for someone who would like to stay for a while and build a home for themselves within the company. Knowledge of dog grooming would be a plus.
